HI BEAUTIFUL
I’m so glad you stopped by! I’m originally from Brazil and grew up on Ipanema Beach in Rio de Janeiro. Before settling down in North Carolina, I lived and adventured through many beautiful places around the world. I’ve always been a big YES to travel and exploration, and I’ve been lucky to experience so many incredible adventures—from sailing across the Atlantic Ocean from Bermuda to the Azores, to hiking 80 miles in the Alps with my six-month-old baby on my back. I’ve gone horse-packing, backcountry skiing in Colorado, slept in hammocks on Colombian beaches, and hiked from hut to hut in the Slovenian mountains with my youngest daughter (also six months old at the time). I absolutely love being out in the world—meeting new people, exploring new places, and discovering new ways to live more fully.
When I’m not on my yoga mat or exploring somewhere new, you’ll find me going on dates with my love, hiking with my dog, listening to a good book, swimming in the ocean, riding horses or bikes, dancing in costume, practicing guitar, listening to Elvis, or cuddling with my daughters.
MY FAMILY
I met David in 2011—we were on the same flight from Rio de Janeiro back to the U.S. Long story short: we fell in love over those eight hours, and a few months later, I moved to Seattle to be with him.
David is one of the kindest, most generous, thoughtful, intelligent, hardworking, and hilarious humans I’ve ever known. He inspires me constantly to stretch my edges and step out of my comfort zone. He’s a natural leader, a true adventurer, and the heart of our family.
Savanna is our oldest daughter—kind, witty, brave, and full of life. She has a free spirit and a heart for connection. Whether she’s swimming or out on a backpacking trip, she brings energy, curiosity, and joy to everything she does. She makes friends everywhere she goes and lights up every space she's in.
Adara is our “baby” (though she’s not a fan of that title anymore!). She’s the sweetest soul—empathetic, silly, and full of hugs. She loves nature, food, cuddles, and taking her time to really get to know someone. Once she does, she’ll give you the warmest hug you’ve ever had. Adara especially loves animals—chickens, most of all!
And Cosmo? He’s simply the best dog in the world. Our family wouldn’t be complete without him. He’s the girls’ protector, my forever buddy, and everyone's constant companion on this wild, beautiful journey.
